Terms and Conditions

1) Prices are final and not negotiable. Prices are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Prices do not include shipping fees.

2) Only serious buyers are welcomed. Any backed out buyers without notice will be black listed and is not allowed to make any reservations or purchase in the future.

3) Items are sold at a first come first serve basis. Reservations can be made for 3 days only. If the payment has not been made within the reservation period, the reserved items will be released to other buyers. For multiple demand case, the order will be proceeded to the next person.

4) Please show us your proof by scanning the transaction slip and sending it to us through E-mail to girlscharmingdream@gmail.com for confirmation of your payment(for bank in only) and faster processing.
5) All items are brand new unless stated. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after the item(s) is shipped out. Girlscharmingdream is not responsible for any damage/lost items that happened during the shipment but we will make sure that the items are packages safely for the shipment.

6) Colours may vary between the real item and the photos of the item due to the technical issue. We will try our best to show the true colours of each item in the photo. Please do email us if you have any questions at all regarding a particular piece before purchasing it to avoid any misunderstanding and disappointment that the item is not what u expected it suppose to be.


7) All items are new and no refund after purchase.

8) Parcel will be sent on every Wednesday and Friday.

9) Placing an order from us means you agree with all the terms and condition.
